Yes to all three. We regularly pick up from dealers, private sellers, and auction houses like Copart, IAA, and Manheim, and we coordinate the release paperwork and timing directly with them.
What do you need from the seller?
Just a contact, the pickup address, and the vehicle's release or gate pass if it's at an auction. We handle the scheduling from there and keep you updated.
Will I get photos of the car at pickup?
Yes. Every move includes a photo-documented inspection at pickup and delivery plus a digital bill of lading, so the condition is recorded end to end.
Can you ship a car that isn't running?
Often yes, depending on the vehicle and how it's stored — just let dispatch know it's inoperable when you request a quote so we bring the right equipment.
