When the date can't slip
Expedited Car Shipping
When the date can't slip — priority dispatch and dedicated routing on our own trucks.
Velocity Logistics offers expedited car shipping for time-critical moves: priority dispatch and, when capacity allows, dedicated routing on its own trucks. Expect to pay more than standard transport for the guaranteed timing — dispatch confirms the pickup window and delivery date in writing with your quote.
Sometimes a date is the whole job — a sold unit that has to be on the customer's driveway Friday, a car that must arrive before you do, a show you can't miss. Expedited service puts your vehicle at the front of dispatch and, when capacity allows, on a dedicated route. Because we run our own trucks, we can tell you honestly what's possible before you book.

Dedicated routing
When capacity allows, your vehicle rides a direct route instead of waiting on a multi-stop run.
Straight answers on timing
We're the carrier, so the dates we quote are dates we control — not a broker's guess about whoever takes the load.

Straight answers
Expedited Car Shipping — common questions.
How fast can expedited car shipping pick up?
It depends on where the vehicle is and what's on the schedule. Tell dispatch your deadline when you request a quote and we'll confirm a firm pickup window — often within a day or two of booking.
How much more does expedited shipping cost?
Expedited costs more than standard transport because it prioritizes your vehicle or dedicates capacity to it. You get the all-in price in writing with your quote, before you book.
Can expedited be enclosed?
Yes. Expedited timing is available for both open and enclosed transport, subject to equipment availability.
Is expedited available everywhere?
We run door to door across the 48 contiguous states. Expedited is fastest on our weekly lanes out of Indianapolis, and we'll tell you up front if a deadline isn't realistic.
